4. Other Key Events

4^th October – MTVEA Day Edavaka Mission Team will lead the various aspects of worship together with Achen.

10^th October – Parish Executive Committee will meet at 9:30 am in the Conference Room. If any parishioner wishes to bring any matter to the Parish ExCo’s attention, kindly do so via your Area Representative or your Auxiliary Representative or via Hon. Parish Secretary or the Vicar. 25th October (after service) – finalise the General Body meeting Agenda, Notice and the Voters List.

7^th & 21 October – Sevika Sangham Mission Activity at Active Ageing Centre, Bishan The second and third sessions at the Active Ageing Centre, where our volunteers teach members of the community a skill have been scheduled for Wednesday afternoons on 7 October and 21 October 2026. Please reach out to the Sevika Sangham Secretary or your SS Area Representative for more info.

18^th October – Youth Sunday – Youth Sunday will be celebrated on Sunday, 18 October, with youth members leading the service. The theme for this year’s Youth Sunday is “Unshaken Faith Life in a Fleeting World”. It will be a day to give thanks to God for the blessings He has bestowed on the youth in our church; as individuals and as a community and reaffirm their lives in service to Him. All youth are encouraged to participate wholeheartedly in this service. [Convenor – Zachary – 8518 9674]

24^th October – Senior Citizens Fellowship (SCF) led Activity Day for Senior (ADS) at Prayer Hall 1 at 9:30 am to 12:30 pm with a coffee break in between.

25^th October – Christian Family Dedication Sunday The details are being planned by the Convenor Mr George Ipe

31^st October – Sevika Sangham (SSS) Fellowship Event A special fellowship event has been organised for the ladies of the parish on 31 October 2026. The details will be shared shortly on SSS area WhatsApp groups, and we look forward to the active participation of all the members.

22 November – General Body Meeting – The second of the two general body meetings during the year, will be held on 22 Nov 2026.A key agenda for the Nov General Body Meeting (GBM) is to elect the Parish Executive Committee members for the next year. Towards this, the Area Prayer Groups are required to elect their Area Representatives to Parish Executive Committee and other auxiliaries like Sevika Sangham, Edavaka Mission and Senior Citizens’ Fellowship during their area prayer meetings during the various weekends in October 2026.
